I had an issue with my order being lost and the CEO resolved it!
The kids saved up their own money to buy me this bracelet for father's day, and it was unfortunately lost in the mail delivery. I initially had issues with customer support -- BUT -- the CEO (Sacha Griguer) reached out and solved it for us. A replacement was sent and we absolutely love it! I wear it every day.
