Once your order is complete, our team starts to prepare it for shipping, this can take between 5-7 business days depending on the items ordered (shipping dates are specified on each product page). Your order is then picked up by the courier for delivery, it takes 2-3 business days for U.S orders to be delivered. For international shipping please refer to the options specified at checkout.

The ship-out date varies from product to product according to stock and personalization. The shipping date is specified on every product page (Ships on ##/##/## ). Please note that the shipping date refers to the date the product ships out of our warehouse.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and Magal is not responsible for shipping / returns lost by shipping couriers. 

 The shipping address in your order can't be changed after the time of purchase.

 

Returns

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused with their original packaging. Simply contact us via e-mail at: info@magaljewelry.com to receive your free return label.

Included in the free resizing policy within 14 days we have the ability to size up your rings (Disinclining eternity rings and enamel rings) up to 1.0 size from the original size. For more information, contact us via email. 

*We do not accept returns on personalized/engraved items (Initials single or multiple, engraved charms or plates).

**We do not accept return/exchange on items purchased on sale / with coupon code.

***For international returns, a fee may apply.

****We do not accept returns on re-sized / repaired items.

****We currently offer a restringing solution for our String of Love bracelet. The cost of the procedure is 30$ USD, it is available for both US and international customers, however, the shipping and return label will not be provided by us for international customers.

For your protection, your return should always be shipped insured and include a copy of your receipt.

We’re happy to repair any item purchased through our website. If your piece requires repair more than 14 days after receiving it, fees may apply.
