How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once your order is complete, our team start to prepare it for shipping, this can take between 3-7 business days depending on the items ordered (shipping dates are specified on each product page). Your order is then picked up by the courier for delivery, it takes 2-3 business days for U.S. orders to be delivered. For international shipping please refer to the options specified at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to ship out?
The ship out date varies from product to product according to stock and personalisation. The shipping date is specified on every product page ( Ships on: ##/##/## ). Please note that the shipping date refers to the date the product ships out of our warehouse.
How do I track my order?
After your order is done processing (3-7 business days) you’ll receive a second email, containing the tracking information of your item.
What does Pre-shipment mean?
If your order tracking information shows your order is currently in Pre-shipment, it means your order is being prepared for shipping, this can take 3-7 business days depending on the items ordered.
Do you ship internationally?
Sure! We ship worldwide, all international shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.
Returns and resizing.
What’s your return policy?
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with their original packaging. Simply contact us via e-mail at: email@example.com to receive your free return label.
*We do not accept returns on personalised / engraved items.
** We do not accept return on items purchased on sale or using a promo code.
Can i cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hour hours of being placed. After this point we are unable to cancel any order, but you’ll be able to return it after receiving it.
How do I return my order?

Are returns free?
Returns are free of charge in the US, but we’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. Orders outside of the US are to be paid for by the customer and may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
I’ve ordered the wrong size, can you resize my item?
Doesn't fit? No worries, we'll resize your item free of charge! Simply contact us via e-mail at: email@example.com to receive a shipping label, we will resize and re-ship your item at no extra cost!

Can i return a customized / engraved product?
All customisable and engravable products such as initial jewelry, or the string of love are made to order, so they are final sale.
We offer free repairs on items within 14 days of delivery. If it has been more than 14 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the applicable rates for repair.

Ethically sourced diamonds are diamonds that have fair humanitarian mining practices when it comes to wages and conditions when sourcing for raw diamonds.
How do you guarantee that your diamonds are conflict free?
We only work with Kimberly process certified suppliers, meaning all their diamonds are regulated, conflict free and comply with UN regulations.
What is 14K solid gold?
The purity of gold is measured in karats, with 24 karats being the maximum. 24 karat gold is too soft for use in most types of jewelry, and easily wears down or loses shape. It is also quite expensive, as it contains pure gold. 14K gold is created to offer a harder, stronger and more affordable metal with higher wearability.
