Ordering

What Happens after placing an order ?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Can I customize my order?

Please reach out to us at  info@magaljewelry.com if you’d like to customize your order. We Love to work with our customers to bring to life completely unique and custom design of any kind.  For custom ring sizes and custom chain lengths, there may be an additional charge.

Please note that there may be a longer production time and all customized pieces are final sale.

How Long is the Production Time ?

If we have the item in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 days. Made to order pieces are marked with a 5 days turnaround. Please allow this lead time. In case of a rush order please contact us at info@magaljewelry.com prior to check out, And we will comply with your request.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hour hours of being placed. After this point unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders.

Return & Repair Policy

What is Your return Policy ?

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just Contact us within: 5 days of delivery and ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

This policy does not apply to custom orders, which are final sale. For your protection, your return should always be shipped insured and include a copy of your receipt.

We don’t accept returns and exchanges to items purchased on sale.

Magal is not responsible for items lost in the mail. If it shows delivered on https://tools.usps.com Magal is not responsible.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and Magal is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.

What is your repair Policy ?

We’re happy to repair any design purchased through our website. If your piece requires repair more than 6 months after receiving it, fees may apply.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Others

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do! For an additional 5 USD, we will gift wrap your item and include a handwritten note with your custom gift message. Please check the gift wrap check box in the cart and enter your gift message in the text box below.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced and conflict-free?

All of the diamonds used in our jewelry are naturally sourced and conflict free. We only work with quality factories that have the highest standards in the industry.

Do you offer engraving ?

Yes, We do offer Engravement, for an additional 15 USD. Please contact us prior to check out to let us know what would you like to engrave.
